A DEEPLY RELAXING FORM OF YOGA

 

Restorative is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve mental, physical & emotional relaxation.  

Postures are all seated or reclined, supported with bolsters & props. During a restorative practice the body is fully supported to provide an environment for total relaxation. 

In these classes postures are held for up to 20 minutes at a time.
